First: Start your future campaign at the school level
The campaign aims at supporting, encouraging, and enriching the culture of entrepreneurship through participation, motivation, and activities that are carefully designed to suit the age of the students, in order to encourage them and to raise awareness and develop creative thinking and team building, as well as solving problems, generating ideas and building trust in their abilities, all in a simple way that is far from traditional teaching methods, in addition to raising students’ awareness of innovative thinking to ensure new generations of entrepreneurs and innovators who are able to face the challenges of the market and meet its requirements, and whether the students choose entrepreneurship or not, this approach is extremely important to enhance their skills, attitudes, and mental ability to learn in educational environments or in future work environments.
Rowad 2030 project trains middle school teachers in all governorates of Egypt in order for the entrepreneurial approach to be implemented in schools with the students.
The program is implemented in schools through a total of seven sessions (90 minutes each) throughout the school year, which are games and activities designed to develop entrepreneurial thinking, with the opportunity to discover the special abilities of these students through observation cards and impact measurement.
Within the framework of Rowad 2030 activities and in consolidation of its objectives, a short-term training program has been designed for middle school students of basic education under the name of start your future program to prepare a new generation of entrepreneurs and to deepen their awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship and the culture of entrepreneurship.
The training was conducted in all the governorates of Egypt. Thus, 301,440 students and 1,278 teachers were trained across all governorates and meetings were held with trainers from all governorates who are giving training to the teachers in order to develop some of the pillars in the training material.
An exhibition of student’s work who participated in start your future campaign has been open in the following governorates (El-Sharkia, Menoufia, Dakahlia).
Second: Start your future campaign at the University level
Achieving the objectives and policies of the State represented in the strategy of sustainable development 2030 and supporting economic growth and within a rapidly changing global challenges and competitiveness and the State’s interest in youth is of special interest as Egypt’s real future, as they represent more than 60% of the population. They are the engine of Egyptian society towards the desired progress.
And accordingly, Rowad 2030 project has launched start your future campaigns at Egyptian universities. These campaigns are aimed at spreading awareness of the culture of entrepreneurship among university students in different governorates. The aim is to encourage young people to think about self-employment in a new manner by encouraging them to set up their own projects aimed at improving society and works to solve its problems
In this spirit, Rowad 2030 coordinated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Project Development Authority to prepare youth calibers in a scientific manner and to train students through awareness campaigns, seminars and youth forums through in which we provide theoretical and practical approaches to entrepreneurship.
The campaign takes place within the university in the form of a training day that includes the students meeting with young successful entrepreneurs that serve as success stories for young entrepreneurs in various fields, as well as many workshops that specialize in entrepreneurship to train students in practice.

Helwan University
To complete the activities of Rowad 2030 project under the umbrella of the Ministry of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform, and in particular, start your future campaign in the governorates
A seminar on entrepreneurship was held in Helwan University in February 2018, targeting 800 students.
Egyptian Japanese University
An awareness seminar on Entrepreneurship and Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in Egypt was held for students of the Egyptian Japanese University in Borg El Arab, Alexandria, on 25 December 2018. The campaign targeted 200 students.
Alexandria University
An awareness-raising seminar on Entrepreneurship “Discussion of Opportunities and Challenges for Entrepreneurship in Egypt” was held for Alexandria University students in Alexandria on 27 February 2019. The campaign targeted 600 students.
Aswan University
An awareness seminar on Entrepreneurship “Discussion of Opportunities and Challenges for Entrepreneurship in Egypt” was held for Aswan University students in Aswan Governorate on 11 April 2019. The campaign targeted 600 students.
Egyptian Chinese University
An awareness seminar on entrepreneurship and challenges for entrepreneurship in Egypt was held for the Egyptian-Chinese University students in Cairo on 15 April 2019. The campaign targeted 300 students in 2019.
“Start Your Future” campaign has been completed electronically in the mentioned universities in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology represented by the entrepreneurship clubs in the various universities. The objectives of this joint cooperation between Rowad 2030 project and the entrepreneurship clubs in Egyptian universities are to spread the idea of entrepreneurship and self-employment and to communicate with university students who have entrepreneurial characteristics to develop and encourage their entrepreneurial ideas and urge them to establish their own projects.
